Subscription faqs

Can I customize the roasts I will receive?

Yes! Once you have selected a plan, you will be prompted to tell us your roast preferences. You can be as specific or as general as you'd like. If you want us to surprise you, we can do that too! We want to make your subscription tailored to what you love to drink! 

When will I receive my coffee?

We ship the coffee for subscriptions as well as the recurring coffee orders on the first and 15th of the month.

Recurring subscribers will receive a tracking order automatically when their coffee ships. Due to the constraints of our website and shipping service, “plan subscribers,” who paid one-time for their monthly coffee, will not receive a tracking number unless requested.

All coffee is sent priority mail and will arrive within three to five business days.

If you place your subscription order in the middle of the month, it will begin the next month on the first of the month. 

How do I change the shipping address for my order?

Just contact us and we will be happy to change your info. Recurring plan customers can also log into their customer accounts on our website and change shipping information that way.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We'd be very sad to see you go, but we make cancellation easy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via email, phone or regular mail. Cancellations received prior to 5PM HST on the day preceding a scheduled shipment will receive a refund of all coffee that has not yet been sent.
