Subscription & Cancellation Policy

You are about to purchase a subscription that automatically renews, which will continue until you cancel. Future recurring charges will be applied to the payment method you provide above, in the amount you selected each month.  Unless you specifically choose otherwise, the term of this service is continuous until cancelled.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via email (kate@sunshowercoffee.com), phone call (808-443-6330), US Mail (Sunshower Farms PO Box 540 Holualoa, HI 96725), or by logging into your customer account on our page, going to subscriptions and clicking “cancel subscription.”

Cancellations received prior to 5PM HST on the day preceding a scheduled shipment will receive no further charges; those received after this cutoff are subject to a final charge for the scheduled shipment, after which no further charges will apply.
