Wheatgrass Daily Delivery
Everything has been going so well at our three farmers' markets. It is so interesting to see how different markets have such different cliental. On Saturdays, for example, we always sell out of sunflower shoots and nearly sell out of our multivitamin mix. Whereas on Sundays, wheatgrass is our by far our biggest seller.
Whenever we are juicing wheatgrass at the markets, one of the most common comments we get is "I wish I could juice every day." And people always have a reason why they don't - usually it is that they don't have time to grow it or to clean their juicer or that they don't want to buy a juicer.
So we are expanding from just juicing at our farmers' markets to have a daily wheatgrass juice delivery route. Yep, just like the milkman. Next week we are starting to deliver every morning between 630 and 830 to the entire Kona area - from Kaloko to Honaunau. We may expand this radius slightly if there is demand - just let us know if you are interested and we can see if we can do it.
Our delivery shots are 3oz (technically a double shot) and come in a little cup with a lid.
We will do plain shots or shots flavored with lemon and ginger - both are the same price.
Ashley is going to be in charge of the wheatgrass deliveries. She made a great brochure to hand out at our booth and she is going to manage all of the delivery scheduling, routes and accounts. She will also likely be the person juicing and delivering the wheatgrass most mornings!
We are so excited to be expanding our business more into juicing! It is great to be able to provide both a product and a service to the Kona community.
