We're More Than Coffee
When we bought this property, our vision was not only about coffee—our goal was to create our own little off-grid homestead on our land. Currently, only eight acres of our 20 is dedicated to coffee—we use a lot of the rest of the space to raise animals and grow vegetables for events and our personal use.
We were able to devote a lot of time to the other aspects of our farm because, during our first few years in business, our coffee orchard was not old enough to produce. Those years allowed us to focus on rounding out the rest of the farm. We grew vegetables and microgreens commericially and added animals over time—chickens, ducks, goats, and bees.
Now that our only commercial crop is coffee, we maintain a large personal garden, fruit trees, a flock of chickens, and a herd of milking goats.
