Farm-to-Chef's Table: An Intimate Night of Modern French Cuisine

Join us in February for a special three night tasting menu event!

 Chef Connor Butler has created another one of his crazy tasting menus, this time embracing the theme of New French American cuisine. No Lilikoi, Macnuts or MahiMahi appear this time, and instead Chef has brought ingredients and preparations more often found on the mainland.

 This ten-course dinner will be served on Chef Connor's signature Rosenthal Versace gold gilded plates, and with Rogers 'Old Colony' Silver, forged in 1911! This kind of dinner service is usually confined to a stuffy big city skyscraper, but the rustic and old world feel of Sunshower Farms brings the food back to reality, and indeed the menu features ingredients foraged and grown on the farm!

Chef Connor is also using prime, heritage and rare proteins from his Kona Butcher Shop.

This rare evening of fine food in an amazing setting is limited to 10 per night, for three nights only, and costs $105/person. A perfect pre-Valentine's surprise, guaranteed to blow you away.

 Wine pairings will be BYOB but Chef Connor will be emailing recommendations to diners before the event.
