Sunshower Tasting Dinner with Connor Butler and Frank Kramm


Sunshower Farms is thrilled to announce the return of our farm-to-table dinners, now with Chefs Connor Butler and Frank Kramm. Chef Connor and Chef Frank are two extremely talented chefs who have crafted an ambitious and elevated tasting menu highlighting local cuisine - the likes of which is rarely seen on the Big Island. 

For this tasting menu the best from farm, forest, and sea have been selected to create thematic 15-course dinner showcasing the culinary pinnacle of our local ingredients.

With your ticket to this tasting menu, you will delight a 15 course dinner served with 8 matched wine and beer pairings that draw their inspiration from our farm and our island. Because our pairings were selected specially for this dinner, you will enjoy a seamless array of flavors perfectly attuned to your food. For much of this menu, Sunshower farms will be supplying the chefs with our proteins, herbs, greens, cheeses and beers and for ingredients not available from Sunshower, we will be patronizing other local farms for a true local dining experience. This is sure to be an enchanted evening you’ll cherish and long remember.
